Every client in our Semi PT program receives a customized training plan based on their goals, experience level, and movement needs. Whether you’re rehabbing an injury, building strength, or just starting to lift weights, we meet you where you are—and help you get where you want to go.
And just like with 1:1 training, your coach is always by your side to adjust your form, increase your challenge, or help you scale as needed.
